  • Abstract
    The SmartTouch haptic augmented reality system prototype is composed of a thin electro-lactile display and optical sensors mounted on the skin that lets users touch the surface visual information of a contacting object. Thus, the sensor and display work in combination as a new type of a skin receptor.
