Abstract :
A single chip voltage synthesizer tuning system with on-chip non-volatile memory is discussed. System interfacing circuits are outlined, and the chip architecture and operation are described. The design of the non-volatile memory using DIFMOS technology is overviewed, and its performance is summarized.
