  • Abstract
    A charge pump architecture for ultra-low-voltage applications is presented. An effective boosting of the control signals of transfer switches is provided, which allows enhanced driving capability, while the impact of parasitic elements is kept to a minimum, which results in high voltage gain and power efficiency. The proposed scheme is able to operate with a supply voltage as low as 900 mV. Simulations confirm the validity of the approach.
