Abstract :
The equivalence of 
-sequence matrices to Walsh-Hadamard matrices can be exploited to take advantage of the latter\´s fast transform algorithm. The nature of the obvious equivalence, its relation to the -sequence and its implementation as address modifications realized by linear feedback shift-registers are discussed.
