  • Abstract
    This paper discusses the progress of International collabortion in the production of common EMC specifications. It does not cover the fields of lightning or EMP where collaboration is probably working better that for EMC. The problems caused by the emergence of new Nantional EMC specifications are highlighted, and the role of NATO as a focal point for future is discussed.
