Abstract :
A 10 dB m.i.c. coupler with dielectric overlays was successfully developed by a systematic design approach for opeartion in the 7--18 GHz frequency band. The design, fabrication and evaluation procedures for this coupler are described explicitly to enable accurate reproduction of the device.
