  • Abstract
    A 2-dimensional computer model has been developed for the analysis of the amplifying gate thyristors correct turn-on at the auxiliary emitter prior to the main one. The results of investigation were used in the design of devices having essentially the same di/dt high capability in any possible turn-on conditions.
