Introduces the Co-chairmen of Microwave & Radar Week, being held in Warszawa, Poland, 17-21 May 2004. Dr. Kryzsztof Kulpa, Warsaw University of Technology, and Prof. Hermann Rohling, Technical University Hamburg-Harburg, shown sharing a joke at the 2003 Australian Radar Conference, extend a cordial welcome to all readers to participate.
