  • Abstract
    It is shown that when a plane transverse magnetic surface wave is incident on an infinitely long elliptic cylinder, the axis of the ellipse being parallel to the magnetic field, there is no reflected surface wave when the ellipticity of the cylinder is correctly chosen.
