Analysis of a Microwave FET Oscillator Using an Efficient Computer Model for the Device
Abstract :
This paper presents a time domain analysis of a microwave 10-GHz FET oscillator, which employs a practical and efficient computer model for the FET. Good agreement is demonstrated between the predicted and measured performance. A sensitivity analysis of the circuit is performed with respect to some of the FET parameters. This is useful information to estimate variation in production.
