Abstract :
A broadband cylindrical antenna with continuous resistive and concentrated capacitive loadings was constructed and investigated theoretically and experimentally. The antenna was found to have very good broadband properties, both in admittance and radiation pattern, and an efficiency considerably higher than that of purely resistive broadband cylindrical antenna.
