Abstract :
An experimental fifth-order, elliptic, PCM filter designed and fabricated in 1.25- mu m technology to investigate the scalability of switched-capacitor filters is discussed. The prototype has been experimentally evaluated and meets all D3 requirements. The filter, which was realized in a silicon area of 510 mil/sup 2/, is compared with previous filter implementations.<>
