Abstract
The propagation characteristics of coupled unilateral and bilateral finlines in the even and odd modes are evaluated with the hybrid-mode formulation in the spectral domain. The frequency-dependent guide wavelength is obtained from the solution of the characteristic equation. The characteristic impedance based on the power-voltage definition is also evaluated. Numerical results are presented to study the influence of various structural parameters on the characteristics of finlines.
