  • Abstract
    The growing use of networked computers and groupware, i.e. software that supports and augments group work, is discussed. Some groupware applications are examined. They are electronic mail, bulletin boards, real-time meetings of both the teleconferencing and casual kind, and shared cyberspace.<>
