Abstract :
A Joint Conference on Electronic Packaging Education was held to address the issues involved in University curriculum and continuing education. This report summarizes the recommendations of the Conference. Among them is the need to develop teaching materials and to share such materials among the users. The establishment of a electronic packaging, education information center, is also recommended, a function of which is to collect and distribute the teaching materials developed
