Abstract :
This paper proposes a stable gain scheduling method of linear time invariant controllers for tracking servo system. When the long distance jump is finished in the optical disc player, a transient controller is often used to stop the actuator efficiently before the nominal tracking controller. In general, however, switching or scheduling controller cannot guarantee the stability. Therefore, this paper suggests an interpolating method guaranteeing the overall stability. The experiment shows the result.
