Abstract :
Considers the diagnosis of multiprocessor systems where a fault is detected by comparing the responses of two processors for the same tasks. The system-level diagnosability of such systems in the presence of permanent and intermittent faults is analyzed, assuming that the number of fault processors is no more than t and the number of intermittently faulty processors is no more than i. Characterization of a system under this model for i-diagnosability is presented
