Abstract :
Multi-h partial-response (MHPR) schemes show good error probability performance. The paper takes a closer look at this modulation scheme in the light of Euclidean distances using rectangular and raised-cosine signalling pulses. The binary and quaternary modulation levels are used for the signalling pulses considered.
