  • Abstract
    A W-band subharmonically pumped mixer with packaged Schottky diodes has been developed. The design and performance of this mixer are described in detail. A new method for measuring the embedding network parameters of the subharmonically pumped mixer has been developed and the measurement bas been carried out directly at 2fLO and 2fLO+-fif. A special program for the analysis of the subharmonically pumped mixer has been developed, and computed results are given in comparison with measured results.
