  • Abstract
    This paper calculates the interaction between the fringing capacitance of symmetrical stripline using the finite-element method. The fringing capacitance interaction is presented as a function of T/B and W/B. This enables the characteristic impedance of narrow, high-impedance lines to be accurately and simply calculated.
