Abstract
A magnetodynamic resonance mode in a partially metallised ferrite slab is proposed for use as an electronically tunable bandpass filter for the frequency range from 30 to 40 GHz. Unloaded Q-factors of greater 100 (350) and an insertion loss of less than 3 dB at 40 GHz have been observed.
