  • Abstract
    A correct proof of Theorem 2 from the paper "Number Theoretic Transforms to Implement Fast Digital Convolutions," giving necessary and sufficient conditions for the modular Fourier transform, is presented. A counterexample to Theorem 1 of the above paper is also given.
