Abstract :
For dual linearly polarised microwave links (especially to satellites), in situations where differential phase shift is the dominant cause of crosspolarisation, it is proposed to perform adaptive cancellation of crosspolarisation by means of a simplified network having only one variable parameter. A possible construction of the device is suggested and its performance in various situations assessed.
