  • Abstract
    An algorithm for determining a nonminimal time varying realization from a given class of impulse response matrix is proposed. The procedure is based on the techniques of Glass and Lal et al. proposed earlier for time invariant case. The modifications for time varying case are pointed out and the procedure illustrated by an example.
