The integration of tuner and main chassis in a TV receiver-a system solution

New methods of design, control, packaging, alignment, and service have made possible the integration of a TV tuner onto the main chassis printed-circuit board. Concurrent engineering of several disciplines addressed the many issues of an integrated tuner, making the project more of a system problem than an RF specific task.
