Abstract :
To reduce the noise level in the magnetic modulator the relation between driving condition and equivalent input noise level is investigated experimentally. It is confirmed that both the increases in amplitude and in frequency of the drive lower the noise level; consequently, the noise level of 0.98 µA/m/√Hz is achieved.
