Abstract
The concept of a multifrequency hologram matrix is introduced and applied to a two-dimensional imaging system using a linear antenna array. The image processing is based on the coherent focusing of multifrequency beams synthesized from hologram matrices of several different frequencies. The imaging system is studied by means of a computer simulation and is shown to have a good range resolution.
