Abstract :
Previous results for time delay and rise are generalised to a method for determining all the coefficients of the transfer function in a Taylor series expansion about zero frequency. The method involves integrations of the type with which picosecond accuracies were previously obtained in time delay measurement. Comparable time scale accuracies can be expected for the method described.
