Abstract :
Based on the method of multifrequency hologram matrix previously suggested an experimental study is made of a two-dimensional ultrasound imaging system using a linear array operating at several frequencies near 1 MHz. Good range resolutions and clear image reconstructions are obtained by three- and five-frequency hologram matrices for several two-dimensional targets made of a set of thin steel wires.
