Abstract :
After a short description of the engineering education system in Italy and a brief historical account of the introduction of microwave courses in such studies, the present situation in microwave education is discussed. Data are provided on schools where courses on microwaves and related disciplines are available, types of degrees, laboratories and computing facilities, and number of students. Typical syllabi at some universities are also discussed
