Method for signal processing with transfer function coefficients dependent only on timing

A signal processing technique is presented in which the coefficients of the transfer function depend only on timing, and are independent of element values or even element value ratios. Filters implemented using this technique are fully programmable, can be made with only analogue gates and delay elements, and are suitable for integration using m.o.s. technology.
