Abstract :
A modified Snell´s law for light rays in uniformly moving isotropic dielectrics is discussed for the case when the velocity of the medium is parallel to the medium-vacuum interface. The direction of the ray in the moving medium is found by using an expression for the magnetic field obtained in a previous work, in the expression for the Poynting vector. The dielectric is assumed nondispersive.
