  • Abstract
    A one-point feed printed crossed dipole with a reflector antenna combined with a reactively loaded parasitic loop is proposed. The parasitic loop contributes mainly to the improvement of the antenna gain, and the reactive loads contribute mainly to the improvement of the frequency response of axial ratio. Using the proposed antenna, a 4-element printed array antenna is constructed for land mobile satellite communications to obtain highly efficient, compact, light weight array antenna
