  • Abstract
    The anomalous microwave impedance effect of variable-thickness tin bridges of submicron dimensions has been observed and investigated. The peculiarities of real and imaginary parts of the bridge microwave impedance for a variety of bias, temperature and incident microwave power have been explored for different values of the characteristic parameter Voof a Josephson junction. Experimental conditions of correct comparison of obtained results with the theory have been analyzed.
