  • Abstract
    Making use of the well known Hurwitz conditions, it is shown that Huelsman´s equal-valued-capacitor active RC circuit may realise not merely the Butterworth maximally flat characteristic, but any kind of 3rd-order lowpass transfer function, regardless of the precise location of the three left-halfplane poles.
