Presents a reply to the paper by Chung et al. (IEEE Trans. Antennas Propag., vol.52, p.911-12, 2004 March) which commented on the original paper by Richard et al. (IEEE Trans. Antennas Propag., vol.41, p.967-74, 1993 July).
