Abstract
A discrete-time minimum entropy H ∞ control problem is solved. The general solution is obtained by separating the problem into two special cases, which are solved directly in state space. The analysis is performed wholly in discrete time and so avoids the difficulties in obtaining the solution from the analogous continuous-time problem
