Abstract :
A solid electrolytic capacitor made of an Al-Ti alloy porous body has been developed. The development of this capacitor is promising because it could be as small as tantalum capacitors and as inexpensive as aluminum capacitors. Its low cost results from the utilization of low-cost materials, while a unique powder metallurgy process results in a high CV product.
