Abstract :
Using Lyapunov´s direct method, a stability inequality in frequency domain which incorporates the slope information of the nonlinearity is derived for a class of nonlinear feedback systems. The present Lyapunov function contains an integral involving the slope of the nonlinearity, i.e., unlike the conventional Lure-type Lyapunov function.
