Abstract
This book is a mixture of lectures held on the island on Capri in Italy in 2004 in which not only the currently important but also possible future characteristics of wireless communications are presented. This book should be treated as a helpful reference on the most important aspects of wireless networking. It is geared to everyone interested in taking advantage of its usefulness. Organized in seven chapters, the book´s biggest advantage is its multidisciplinary approach, which provides a good review of the most recent advancements in the industry.
