Abstract :
An algorithm is presented to explicitly determine the matrix of weighting factors used in the construction of residue matrices from the Rosenbrock coefficient matrices for the partial fraction expansion of a transfer function matrix. This matrix can also be used with the Stanley matrix to construct the inverse of the Vandermonde matrix
