Abstract :
At fifth- and ninth-harmonic tuning the conduction time of the diodes in the flyback transformer of a television receiver is relatively long and the decrease in EHT voltage with increasing beam current is comparatively small. EHT regulation is also dependent on the picture tube and the stray capacitance of the flyback transformer. Some experimental data on these phenomena are given
