  • Abstract
    Propagation data for significant rain events at 11.6 GHz from satellite Sirio, sampled at 0.1 s and averaged over 1 s, are processed to obtain statistics of fade durations. Two ways of defining the random process of fade duration are stressed and their statistics are given.
