Abstract :
The commenters clarify some aspects of a circuit technique presented with the above-titled paper by W. Welkowitz et al. (ibid., vol.38, p.1100-5, 1991). They conclude that the method cannot provide flow estimation starting from proximal and distal pressure measurements only. The authors show why they believe their procedures to be valid.<>
