Use of the Statistical Process Control To evaluate the Maturity of the Process of Manages of Requirements

The requirements appear of some sources during the period of survey, to keep them with quality are the biggest challenge of the analyst of systems. The objective of this article is to present the technique of perspective established revision and the statistical control of process as tools to monitor the quality of the requirements in a company of banking automation. The proposal is developed from a bibliographical research, searching the concepts of the statistical control of process and perspective revision of requirements established. A form with questions was constructed to guide the inspection, and to collect the defects of documents. The joined defects had been distributed in a control graph. After the analysis of the graph had been taken corrective actions in the process of survey of requirements. The use of the control graph is helping the company to identify improvements in the process of management of requirements.
