Abstract :
This letter describes a new method to measure the spatial distribution of the power density in electron beams. At various angles, the projections of the current density are taken by scanning the beam with a straight edge. The spatial distribution is reconstructed by using the "Convoluted Backprojection." The resolution obtained is about 3 percent.
