Abstract :
A bipolar design technique for a submicroampere current-controlled current source which employs low value resistances and is integrable using standard monolithic processing is described. The circuit is self-starting and provides linear current/voltage control of the output current with higher accuracy and temperature stability than a recently reported technique.
