Comments on "A lower bound for the variation of a band-limited random process"

It is pointed out that the bound recently derived by Pyati and the bound of Papoulis can be obtained from the first two iterations through a procedure for developing ever tighter bounds. A bound that is tighter than Pyati´s is derived from the third iteration through the procedure.
