  • Abstract
    The findings outlined in this paper are the result of tests undertaken by a joint committee of the Canadian Cable Television Association and the Departmeht of Communications to determine the visibility threshold for composite triple beat under various conditions. The test results, which are discussed in detail, are used to establish a tentative specification and measurement method for carrier-to-triple beat ratio (CBR).
