  • Abstract
    An accurate digital phase measurement scheme based on automatic accumulation principle is proposed. It uses a signal-dependent clock frequency and thus it measures the phase accurately at any frequency. Moreover, it is economical, since it eliminates the need for a highly stable crystal oscillator.
